Basic Service

All grassy areas in and around the entire property will be mowed to no less than the generally required height of the type of grass in the service area.

Trimming

All grass will be trimmed along fence lines, around house, sheds, trees, shrubs and garage and any permanent structures.

Edging

All sidewalks, walkways, driveways and street side curbing will be edged giving your property that neat, crisp and clean look

Blowing

All grass clippings will be blown clean from the entire service area, including walkways, driveways, around any trees or shrubs, carports, air-conditioning units, windowsills and approx. 3 ft. from curb line. Also from any vehicles that may be parked in the area

A gutter clogged with leaves, sticks and other debris can cause a leaky roof or water damage to the interior or exterior of your home. Gunked-up gutters also make nice homes for pests, rodents, mold and honeycombs from bee infestations.

Hedge trimming services are charged at a per foot basis of $1.00 and includes raking and disposal of all clippings.

Hedges or Ornamental Shrubs taller than 6 feet will be charged at a slightly higher rate.

Trimming, Edging and blowing your lawn is like putting icing on the cake, not required but it adds so much more to that manicured touch. 

Trimming and edging your lawn is usually not as glamorous as say mowing...but then what is?
